This Privacy Policy explains how SAT99 ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to data minimization: we collect only the single piece of personal data needed to create your account and let you log in. SAT99 is used by individuals in the United States, including California, and in the European Union (EU)/European Economic Area (EEA). This Policy includes the disclosures required under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect only one category of personal information:

• Phone Number – collected when you create an account and used to send you a one-time SMS login code.

We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, browsing activity, or any other personal data.

We use your phone number solely to:

• Create and maintain your SAT99 account
• Send a one-time SMS verification code so you can log in
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized account access

We do not use your phone number for advertising or marketing, and we do not build advertising profiles.

If you are located in the EU/EEA, we process your phone number under the following legal bases recognized by the GDPR:

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) – to create your account and provide the App’s core login functionality.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) – to maintain the security of accounts and prevent fraud.

We do not rely on consent as a legal basis for this processing, and we do not engage in any processing that requires consent (such as marketing communications) using your phone number.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for any purpose, including advertising. We do not share your phone number with any analytics provider or other third party. We may disclose your phone number if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SAT99, our users, or others. Under the CCPA/CPRA, "sharing" includes disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or share your personal information as defined by California law.

Your phone number is stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We retain your phone number for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we delete your phone number from our active systems within 1 day, except where retention is required to comply with a legal obligation, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

You can delete your account, and the associated phone number, directly within the App via [Settings > Account > Delete Account]. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You may also request deletion by emailing us at the address in Section 10.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no opt-out required for those activities. To exercise any right, contact us using the details in Section 10. We will verify your request using your phone number on file before acting on it.
EU/EEA Residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Data portability
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

SAT99 is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/EEA, where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect phone numbers from children. If we learn that we have collected a phone number from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly.
